Feature Series with Peter Stephenson

The new Feature Series is authored by Peter Stephenson, founder of uSucceed in Life. Peter Stephenson has studied the success patterns behind 100 world famous people when they were young. Based on these profiles, Peter’s website uses career development tools to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and know-how to breakthrough life’s challenges.

Peter is also the author of four Student Audio/Workbook Programs on career development, and four books on executive development and coaching. Earlier in his career, he researched and developed a career guidance methodology for undergraduates and graduates. Educated in the United Kingdom, Peter achieved a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, specialising in Behavioural Sciences and is a Professional Member of CDAA.

Article 1:        Defining Success

Success is a word that is commonly used. However it is sometimes hard to define and means very different things to different people. For example, while someone might define success by earning $100k a year, someone else might say they have succeeded because they have managed to strike a good balance between their work and out of work life.

In the second article authored by Peter Stephenson, we explore how people define success and also how they arrive at these definitions. There are three key points that emerge from these studies.
