Based on these profiles, Peter’s website uses career development tools to equip young people with the knowledge, skills and know-how to breakthrough life’s challenges.
Peter is also the author of four Student Audio/Workbook Programs on career development, and four books on executive development and coaching. Earlier in his career, he researched and developed a career guidance methodology for undergraduates and graduates. Article 3: The Family Influence
From birth, we are all subjected to various influences in our lives – family, friends, teachers and colleagues as well as our environment, neighbourhood and schools. However, the most profound influence and perhaps the strongest source is the Family Influence.
In this third article by Peter Stephenson, three different but general types of individuals who emerge as the result of family influence are discussed. These include protégés, silverspoons and rebels.
