The 'All-In-One' solution. newslettersOnline includes everything that you need to run your email marketing campaigns - a list builder, subscription forms, autoresponders, newsletter editor, tracking, reports and more!

THESE 5 SIMPLE STEPS WILL GET YOU STARTED:

  1. Create a Mailing List
    A mailing list is a list of email addresses (and/or other information) that you wish to send a newsletter to. You need a mailing list to store your subcribers information in before you can send them a newsletter.
  2. Import Subscribers
    In order for users to subscribe to your mailing list, you will need to create a subscription form and insert the form code into your webpage. You can also import an existing list of subscribers.
  3. Create a Newsletter Template
    Your subscription includes 15 professionally designed templates to get you started, or you can choose to create your own newsletter template that’s designed to match your business image.
  4. Create a Newsletter
    Create a newsletter by loading an existing Template into the WYSIWYG editor, or use the editor to build one from scratch. Once created a newsletter will be saved, ready to send.
  5. Send your Newsletter
    Once your newsletter is ready to send, you can send it to your mailing list subscribers in a few simple steps.

newslettersOnline is designed to be easy for everyone to use and we provide many valuable online resources to assist you. However there may be circumstances where you do not have the time needed to get your email campaign up and running.

Step-by-Step Quick Start Includes:

  1. We'll liaise with you to establish your account settings and review requirements for permission-based email addresses.
  2. Define your mailing lists and import your list/s of permission-based email addresses. (client to provide either Excel or CSV file/s)
  3. Generate the necessary Subscribe and Unsubscribe forms to be added to your website.
  4. We'll spend a dedicated hour to acquaint you with newslettersOnline's key features and walk you thru the WYSIWYG editor.
  5. Plus get you ready to build your first campaign: select a template, review how to schedule a campaign and review report statistics.

… all for just $205 +GST

 

We can create a professional custom design newsletter Template for you and load it into your newslettersOnline account so you can update it yourself.

  1. You give us the basics including your company logo, colors, fonts, etc., and a general description of the newsletter's purpose.
     
  2. Once you have provided us with your newsletter's requirements, we will contact you with a quotation and get started straight away.
     
  3. We create a proof of your template for your review. You give us your feedback on the proof and we finalise the template design.
     
  4. We add the template to your newslettersOnline account and you're on your way to higher open rates and more satisfied readers.
 
Pricing:
Additional Services are charged on a time and materials basis at AU$90 +GST per hour.
